Aurèlin is an online clothing brand offering unstitched and stitched apparel, accessories, and seasonal collections.
By accessing our website, you agree to follow our store policies, terms, and guidelines.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Product Information

We try our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.
However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness or device differences.
  • Minor variations in print, pattern, or stitching can occur.
  • Fabric shrinkage of 1–2% is considered normal.

Aurèlin is not responsible for color or minor texture differences caused by device screens or manufacturing variations.

 

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – across Pakistan
  • Bank Transfer (only when requested by customer service)

Prices may change during promotions or sales without prior notice.

 

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message through SMS or WhatsApp. If we are unable to confirm your order due to incorrect details, your order may be cancelled.

Aurèlin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on location
  • Shipping charges: Rs 200–250 Nationwide
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays

Once the parcel is dispatched, the courier company becomes responsible for delivery.
AURÈLIN is not liable for courier delays.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, no returns.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Customer must provide order number and photos if requested

Exchanges are applicable for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Aurèlin reserves the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.

 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns, except if a wrong or damaged product is delivered.
In such cases, customers must provide photos within 3 days of receiving the order.

If approved, we will exchange the product or send a replacement.

 

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer:

  • An exchange
  • A similar product
  • A refund (only if the product is unavailable)
