Return Policy

We currently offer NO RETURNS, except in special cases where:

• The product delivered is incorrect, or
• The product arrives damaged

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and guide you through the replacement process.

Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

 

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be unwashed
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
• The product must be in the same condition as delivered

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues
• Wrong item delivered
• Any genuine product concern

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Color differences due to screen brightness
• Personal dislike of fabric/print

Exchange Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
• If the product delivered was incorrect or damaged, AURÈLIN will cover the return shipping.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

 

Important Notes

• Aurèlin reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the item does not meet our conditions.
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display settings; this will not be considered a defect.
