Please read our shipping details carefully so you know exactly how and when your order will arrive.

 

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Delivery Time: 5-7 working days across Pakistan (Timelines may vary for distant or rural areas.)

Please note: Delivery may take longer due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected load during sales/festive seasons

 

Shipping Charges

Our shipping fees are:

  • Rs. 250-350 nationwide, depending on your location and courier partner.

Shipping charges may change during promotions or special campaigns.

 

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • It is processed within 24–48 hours.
  • You will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • After processing, your parcel is handed over to our courier partner.

Orders placed on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available all across Pakistan.

You only pay when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number from the courier through SMS. If tracking is required, you may also contact us through WhatsApp for help.

 

Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

If your address or phone number is incorrect, the courier may not be able to deliver your parcel.

To update your address, please contact us immediately at: +92 331 9335743

If delivery is missed due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will usually attempt delivery again.

 

Separate Deliveries

If you ordered multiple items, they will usually be delivered together in one package. If for any reason items need to be sent separately, we will inform you before dispatch.

 

Shipping Delays

AURÈLIN is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies. However, we will always assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving issues as quickly as possible.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Pakistan-only deliveries are available at the moment.
