Q1. What is your Exchange Policy?

We offer exchange services only, and you can request an exchange within 3 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags, packing, and accessories must be included.

  • The product should be in the same condition as you received it.

We allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong product received

  • Any genuine issue with the item

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.

 

Q2. What is your Return Policy?

We currently do not accept returns.

However, you can request an exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged,

  • Or if you received the wrong item.

If such an issue happens, we will happily assist by replacing or exchanging the item.

 

Q3. What are the delivery charges/shipping costs?

  • Our delivery charges usually range between Rs. 200 to Rs. 250 for all locations in Pakistan. The exact amount depends on your city and the courier service that delivers your order.
  • Sometimes during sales or special promotions, shipping charges may be discounted or free.

 

Q4. Do I need an account to place an order?

  • No, you do not need to make an account.
  • You can place your order easily as a guest on our website.
  • Creating an account is optional and only helps you track your order history.

 

Q5. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation message through:

  • SMS, or

  • WhatsApp

This message means your order has been successfully received in our system.

 

Q6. How can I update or edit my shipping or billing address?

After 24 hours, or once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Yes, COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for all customers across Pakistan.
You only pay when the parcel arrives at your doorstep.

 

Q10. Do you have any physical store?

No, we currently operate online only.

All orders are processed and delivered from our online store.

 

Q11. If multiple items are ordered, will they be delivered together?

Yes, if your order includes more than one item, they will be delivered together in one package.

You will pay for the entire order when it is delivered.
If any item is out of stock or needs extra time, we will inform you beforehand.
